1.Where do you get your dates?

All our dates are sourced from the middle east. We have extensively studied the date industry, right from farming to factory. Our networks with some of the large date suppliers has given us access to understand and deploy the best practises in sourcing, storing, manufacturing, packaging and logistics. We ensure only the finest reaches you.

2.How does one store dates?

Store dates in tightly closed container in the refrigerator.

3.Are dates healthy?

A product of the date palm and cultivated since approximately 6000 B.C, the date fruit is one of the sweetest fruits around and also happens to come in many different varieties. If you’re looking for fiber, potassium, or copper, look no further than dates. Dates are rich in many vital nutrients and therefore offer many health benefits. 4.When can I expect my deliver?

We dispatch the orders within 24-48hrs. Based on the Location estimate delivery date is given below. 5.Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

There is no minimum order value.

6.Why is the packaging box different than the one shown on the website?

At times we may not be able to offer the same box (i.e same colour, design, shape) or ribbon or any other packing accessory. We will substiture the same with next best alternative.

8.I am unable to place an order.

Sometimes due to technical issues, you might face difficulty placing an order. Even after few trials, you cannot place your order, please write to us on care@doyenfoods.com or call on 098200 79670. If you describe your issue over mail and send us screenshot, that would be a great help to rectify this.

9.I cannot proceed to the payment page?

It might be some technical problem and you can contact us for the same by writing to us on care@doyenfoods.com or call on 098200 79670. If you describe your issue over mail and send us screenshot, that would be a great help to rectify this.

10.Coupon code not working. What should I do?

Check if the coupon is correct and it should not contain any space or other characters. Coupon codes will not be applicable for sales already on discounted price. If the problem still continues, then write us on care@doyenfoods.com or call on 098200 79670. If you describe your issue over mail and send us screenshot, that would be a great help to rectify this.

11.What is your delivery process?

Once order is placed online, the order is picked and packed, checked for quality, physical condition, etc. by a dedicated team of trained staff .The dispatch is done within 24 – 48 hours & the order is handed over to the courier partner. Once the order is dispatched, a notification along with the tracking link will be sent on your registered email address.

12.What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers will continue to make at least 2 further attempts to deliver your order, if the courier is still unable to deliver your parcel it will be returned back to us. Refund – our products being a perishable item we will not be able to offer a refund.

13.I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do?

Once order is accepted by you, in case of any further issues with the order for the below mentioned reasons, please send us an e-mail at care@doyenfoods.com or call on 098200 79670 within 24 hours of receiving the order and our representative will get in touch and guide you with further procedure accordingly. After 24 hours we would be unable to entertain any such enquiries.

  • Damaged/Expired product received.
  • Pricing Issue.
  • Wrong product delivered.
For quality control reasons we do not accept returns for any other cases except above. Returns cannot be processed if the product has been opened or tampered with. Thus we request you to maintain all original packaging in order to receive the refund.

 

14.Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can still modify your order once it has been placed. However, once the order has been dispatched from the store upon which a delivery notification will be sent on your registered email address and contact number, no further changes can be made in the order.

15.Can I cancel my order?

No return or cancellation is possible once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

16.What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

In a rare case, where products ordered by you are out of stock, please send us an email at care@doyenfoods.com. We will notify you as soon as the product is available.

You will receive an Invoice on delivery of the products. You can also login to Your Account and view the invoice on your order in the My Orders section.

21.When and how will I get my refund in case of product return?

Please allow two to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All refunds will be subject to deduction of Delivery Charges or Offer Values as applicable.

22.Are there any hidden charges I should know about?

No, the price listed on the product page is all you pay.
